I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Classic Toyota in Hampton this morning. I was working with a salesman named Dave, and during our conversation, he made an absolutely appalling comment. He referred to federal employees as 'dead weight' and even said it was a good thing they were being fired.
As someone who values public service and the hard work that federal employees contribute to our country, I was shocked and offended by such an unprofessional and disrespectful remark. Personal opinions like that have no place in a customer-facing environment.

Took our Toyota vehicle in for a repair at Classic Toyota of Hampton Virginia. We had bought the vehicle at a different Toyota dealership along with a warranty about a year ago. Classic Toyota refused to honor the warranty. WHAT A NEGATIVE EXPERANCE WHAT A RIP OFF DEALER

Recently my daughter who is stationed at Langley AFB in Virginia had her check engine lights come on in her 2002 sequoia. They have a $1k Processing Fee! That is highway robbery to say the least. When did car dealerships stop caring about customers. Are they not looking at the news to see many families are struggling?

I was also disappointed that CLASSIC TOYOTA will no longer take care of their PRIORITY TOYOTA customers. Go to Priority Honda instead, I was recommended by Brittinie, the service representative.

I'm extremely disappointed to learn Classic Toyota will no longer honor my Priorities for Life. While the location was RK Toyota when I purchased my 2010 Highlander and my 2011 Tacoma, Priority Toyota honored my vehicles. I was always treated like a loyal customer and I recommended Priority Toyota to everyone. I brought my daughter here to purchase her Corolla. It felt disingenuous that I was not told about the new policy when I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation but was told when I brought the vehicle in. It felt like a bait and switch.

Had to cancel the deal due to change the price at last. They offered reasonable price next day so I closed the deal.

Sold me a used Lexus that needs thousands of dollars worth of work. Upper oil pan leak $3500. AC compressor $2200. AC door actuator $1900 CV axle $850. Overhead DVD system fell from the roof. Unrepairable. Priceless. The GM at that store said they did nothing wrong because it was as is.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Priority Toyota Hampton!!! Bait and switch on terms of deal when they tried to add $4995 markup over MSRP. Sales manager was very rude. Only lifetime benefit that came out of the interaction was they lost a potential new customer FOREVER!

$5995 dealer markup on a GR86 with a $29,500 sticker price. They also required a $1000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on a vehicle in transit! No, thank you!! And watch the attitudes change when you decline the dealership add-ons (paint protection, interior protection, etc.).

On July 19th my daughter & I purchased a car from this dealership not even 2 weeks there was engine problems with the car. And this dealership has done nothing to assist in the repairs. So basically they sold us a crappy car. We are $4600 in repairs cost & the car engine is still having the same problem. I recommend not buying any cars from Hampton Priority Toyota. We were promised this was a reliable car. Now I have a senior in college without a car to get around.

Poor customer service!! Put a deposit on a vehicle that we could come to terms with the $5000.00 mark because I found the exact same vehicle in another state with no mark up. Priorty wouldn't budge and won't give me my deposit back. Their wasn't anything in writing nor was I told that it was nonrefundable. After speaking with the General Manager he said that he would look into it and give me a call and I'm still waiting. Buyer beware!!

After robbing a 19-year-old girl by selling her a $40,000 Toyota Corolla. The dealership then called and threatened her with legal action for writing a bad review of them online. Because apparently they forced her to sign an agreement stating that she will not write any bad online reviews of the dealership. She didn’t write the review she didn’t write this review and I didn’t sign an agreement with you.

This dealership just sold a 19 year old girl a $40,000 Toyota Corolla. That is actual robbery. The sale person was Paul Parker. When asked why the Finance guy said everyone has markups on all vehicles and he was trying to get it down for her.

If my vehicle broke down directly in front of Priority Toyota Hampton where I purchased it I would still call a tow truck to take my car elsewhere to be serviced. They can’t do ANYTHING for me, not even a free service! The service department communication is horrible and I completely have ZERO trust in them. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND. Recently got a oil change from the local Priority Toyota in Hampton. I set my appointment at 10:15am and waited over 2+ hours to get a routine oil change. The service department is outstanding. From the time you turn over the car until time to drive out, they are warm and friendly. They kept me informed on the servicing requirements and progress to completion. The waiting area is neat and clean and well maintained. The service manager welcomed me to the dealership via text and followed up the day after to see if I had any concerns. I will continue to make Priority Toyota my choice for all servicing needs on my 2018 Toyota Corolla.

Took my car here for a state inspection. Car failed due to needing a new gasket at the muffler and a new clamp at the manifold. The muffler gasket replacement was going to be about 250 and the clamp another 71.

My experience here today was the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I called numerous times throughout the day to get an answer from service and the phone continued to ring. Finally someone answered and asked which branch I wanted, so I said service. The same person picked up after another minute of ringing and apologized, then transferred my call again. Worst car buying experience ever! Put a 500$ deposit down on a new Toyota 4Runner thinking I would be gettin one special ordered. Later that week was told by the sales manager that they don't do special orders. Instead, they would put in an allocation request. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy with this.
